Eligible items purchased at Walgreens or on Walgreens.com may be returned or exchanged at any Walgreens store within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or Order number. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion to a local Walgreens or Duane Reade store and we will refund the full price including shipping.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our verification process and to applicable laws. We reserve the right to limit, or refuse returns or exchanges, including if the return is a potential health or safety risk, violates or abuses the return policy, or involves any fraudulent activity. Restricted Items
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, pre-paid cards, phone cards, mobile phones, bathing suits, underwear, earrings, sexual wellness items, seasonal products, hazmat items, or COVID-19 testing kits.
Oversized Items
For large bulky items such as electric wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, and oversized home medical equipment please contact Customer Care at 1-877-250-5823 for special return instructions. Do NOT return these items to a store.
