Could you Complete 20K Your Way?
Join #TeamPSCSupport and choose your own 20 kilometre challenge to take on between 1st - 30th April 2024. That could be:
- A 1K walk, run or cycle every day for 20 days
- Two 10K walks, runs or cycles
- One 20K walk, run or cycle
- Walk around the block for 5-10 mins each day (the distance doesn’t have to be exact)
- Do 20 star jumps or squats every day
- Swim 20 lengths of your local pool
- Or mix it up doing a mixture of walks, runs, swims, rows, cross trainer sessions etc.
Get Creative
There’s no wrong way to do 20K, just YOUR way! Get creative with your friends, family and colleagues and show the world that together, we are stronger.

Do it to spend time with family, friends and colleagues
Do it to bring our PSC community together
Do it to raise funds for PSC Support and help us improve the lives of people affected by PSC
This idea was born from one of our long-time supporters, Carol Moodie, who reached out to us and is determined to do more to help people affected by PSC.
How to take part
All we ask is that you pay £10 to take part and pledge to raise £50. You’ll get a PSC Support t-shirt, a certificate at the end of the challenge and helpful tips along the way. All funds raised will come straight to PSC Support and help us to continue supporting those affected by PSC and funding vital PSC research.
