Step 1:
Undress
Red light can only be absorbed by your skin when fully exposed. You can wear clothes during your treatment but we would recommend just underwear or you can be nude. Any area that is desired to be treated needs to be exposed.
Step 2:
Apply red light products – A range of red light products are available from The Tanning Shop.
Step 3:
Press the start button on the wall
Step 4:
Apply your eye protection and lie down on your back on the bed. Eye protection should always be worn on red light beds. Free eye protection is provided at The Tanning Shop.
Step 5:
Pull the canopy down and relax for the duration of your session.
Step 6:
When the therapy session is finished push the canopy up and exit the bed.
Step 7:
Get dressed and enjoy the rejuvenating effects of the bed!
