At a glance: The app is used to collect valuable research information, it is then handed over to big companies that can make great use of the data accumulated, rewards are then granted to you; the user.
How Does It All Work?
Basically, you sign up with Receipt Hog, verify your email address and then you can begin using the app.
From there, it’s as simple as shopping literally ANYWHERE and buying ANY item/items, then taking a photo of your receipt.
Hence the name Receipt Hog.
When you snap photos of your receipts (must be using the app), your virtual currency will go up – “coins”. Your coins increasewith the more receipts you snap photos of.
When you have enough coins added up, it’sjust a matter of redeeming them for your rewards.
