Why is my EA account not showing my games? ›
Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click Restart app. If this doesn't work, log out of the app and back in again to refresh your Library. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app.

How to request a refund
- On the EA Help homepage, enter the title of your game into the search bar.
- Choose the game you need help with from the search results.
- Select See all help topics, then choose the Orders category.
- Select I want a refund.
- Choose the available option to connect with an EA Advisor.
If you unsubscribe, you won't have access to those games until you have an active subscription again. The games progress will not be erased when you unsubscribe (as long as you hold onto those save files/don't delete the files) and you'll be able to pick up where you left off when you resubscribe.
