DMM Revision: Priority Mail Express Label 11-B Discontinued
Effective November 6, 2023, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), in various sections, to reflect the Postal Service’s discontinued use of Priority Mail Express® Label 11-B, Priority Mail Express Post Office to Addressee.
Customers shipping Priority Mail Express items have the option to present each item at a Post Office™ to have a shipping label printed and affixed to it, use a Postal Service self-service kiosk (SSK) (where available) to generate and affix the appropriate shipping label, or choose one of the following payment and shipping methods to create Priority Mail Express shipping labels:
n Click-N-Ship®.
n Electronic Verification System (eVS®).
n ePostage®.
n PC Postage®.
The Postal Service continues to offer Priority Mail Express Label 11-M, Priority Mail Express Post Office to Addressee, at manual Post Offices and Label 11-HFPU, Priority Mail Express Hold For Pickup, at all Post Offices.
