How do I email Perforce support? ›

Email [email protected] and reference "Swarm" in the subject line. Email is preferable when you need direct assistance. Phone us and ask for assistance with Swarm. When you need immediate assistance, calling us is the quickest way to resolve a Swarm problem.

By default, the location of the log file is in the P4ROOT directory for Windows and in the /opt/perforce/servers/<server-instance>/logs/ directory for a Linux package installation. If an absolute path and file name is not provided, the log file will be located relative to the P4ROOT directory.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the North American time zone specified in your contract.

The p4 reconcile command can run slow as it must calculate the digest of your local files. Use the reconcile "-m" option to speed up the reconcile operation. The -m also applies to p4 status and p4 clean.
