How do you redeem PayZapp cash points? ›

You can also go to the PayZapp menu on the top left corner > Rewards > Cashpoints and Offers. Tap on 'Redeem Cashpoints'. You will find the option to change the number of Cashpoints you want to redeem, conversion ratio details and the value of your Cashpoints.

You can earn up to Rs 50 per referral. The maximum cashback you can earn per month is Rs 500. Cashback rewards will be credited to your PayZapp wallet within 5 working days of the referral first transaction. You can use your cashback rewards to make payments or transfer them to your bank account.

As far as I know, any customer that has an account with HDFC Bank and has either a credit card or debit card is eligible to register for the PayZapp app. You won't be able to complete the Payzapp wallet KYC if you don't have an HDFC bank account or card.
