Key Transition Details

• Overnight associates will be offered the opportunity to transition into a Merchandising position as a part of the Merchandise Services work group. Full-time associates will be given two shift options:
• Morning Shift: 4 am – 12:30 pm
• Evening Shift: 3 pm – 11:30 pm
• The process for determining shifts will be based on the associate’s tenure with the company and their shift preference.
• Overnight associates who choose not to transition to a daytime position will have until the end of their notification period to secure a position within the company.
• Associates who do not want to work on days will be allowed to work on nights until the end of the notification period.
• Overnight associates who choose not to transition to days and do not secure a different position within the company, may be eligible for severance, based on their years of service with the company.
• All associates will transition to a new job code as a part of the Merchandise Services work group.
• If aseverance eligible-associatedoes not secure a position prior to their notification period ending, and would like to request severance, Club Managers must submit a request on the WIRE at:
• Work > People > HR Services > HR Admin > Tools and Reports >Severance Request
• Termination actions for associates who have not secured a position should be submitted in Workday on launch day (see table above), using the code “Involuntary – Position Eliminated.”
