Ok All;
..OK - I posted for the 1st time in a while here bout a week ago a Thread asking if anybody had an idea exactly What eBay was doing to curb shill-bidding .....& Now I just got partially suspended for no apparent reason?!?
...I know; ‘conspiracy theorist’, or, is eBay now part of the ‘woke’ culture trying to teach me a lesson sublimely to Not to question How or Why they do things?!?
Here it is & You decide!
... So since I joined eBay account management over a year ago I have been letting eBay just take out their ‘fees’ from the eBay dedicated bank account with No issues …
I have had a negative balance in my account for the last Two days for some selling fees & a shipping charge …
… & I got the Normal eBay message 2 days ago, “Your funds are in the negative. We'll deduct this from your bank account or card on file…” etc …
…so I ‘let it ride’ as I usual do for eBay to take the funds outta my Bank account …
… Then Today I get This New message sent to me:
“You have an outstanding amount owed for eBay fees. Because you owe eBay, you won't be able to list new items on eBay. To resolve this issue and continue selling, you need to pay the amount you owe immediately.Also, keep in mind that if you don't pay this outstanding amount owed, your account may be subject to account suspension.”
…Now Today I cannot list auctions & do some other ancillary functions I guess till THEY take the funds out of my dedicated eBay bank account like They have been for the last Year plus with No issues at all!
… eBay wanted Control of my account & wanted the ability to dig into my bank account.. I gave it to them & do Exactly what they want & then they do this! 😞
…..a pretty Nasty message to someone who has Never missed & been on time or Early for a payment for 20+ years!!!
This is a very ‘odd’ issue to me and is why I am thinking it may be More than it seems ….
So is this just a wierd Account Code Malfunction, Or, when juxtaposing my 'shilling thread' is eBay telling me Never to question them again??? 😮
