How do I place an order?
All orders are completed through TD Canada Trust’s EasyWeb Online banking service. EasyWeb gives you online access to your portfolio holdings. You can place orders for purchases, redemptions, and fund-to-fund transfers within the TD Mutual Funds account. You can also view your transaction history and even set up a regular investment strategy with a Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan.What is the cut off time for orders?
The current cut off time for any electronic trades is 3:00pm Eastern Time (ET).What if I make a mistake?
If you input an order incorrectly and would like to change it, please call EasyLine (prior to 3:00pm ET) at 1-866-222-3456 and request that your order be cancelled or altered.Order settlement
Transactions (purchases, redemptions or fund-to-fund transfers) submitted on EasyWeb prior to the 3:00pm ET cut-off time on any regular business day will be processed that same day1. The bank account linked to your mutual fund account will be credited or debited usually the next business day (not guaranteed) and within three business days. Additions, deletions, or changes to existing Pre-authorized Purchase Plans will be processed the same day, and will take effect the next business day.1All trades are subject to approval by TD Investment Services Inc.
