The Obsidian Skull is a bauble added by Artifacts worn in the Belt slot. It is sometimes dropped by Mimics on death. When the wearer takes damage from fire, it applies Fire Resistance to them for 20 seconds. This effect has a 1 minute 20 seconds cooldown.
