Having an idea and working on that idea are 2 different things, imagine if Jeff Bezos had the idea of Amazon and never really worked on that idea, would we have Amazon now? We would, but it definitely NOT have been Amazon which brings me to my pointPeople often come up with brilliant ideas only to drop them because they think it's too hard or not achievable, or let societal pressure knock them down.#utnwholesale #amazon #amazonfinds #amazonusa #amazonvendor #amazonfbm #amazonmarketplace #amazonselling #amazonfba #amazonwholesale #hustle #mindset #motivation #money #amazonfbasupplier #supplier #distributor

🤑 Jeff Bezos sells $4 billion worth of Amazon shares 🤑 The CEO of Amazon has sold 24 million shares worth over $4 billion this month. It is the first time he has sold shares since 2021. Over the next year the company said he has plan to sell 50 million shares over the next year. The move from Washington to Miami last year has helped him save around $280 million on this sale due to there being no capital gains tax in Florida. Do you think Mr Bezos moved to Miami for this reason? How do you think this will affect the share price of Amazon? 🤔 #amazon #jeffbezos #stocksandshares #miami

🚩💰 PRIME DAY = EVERYDAY!! 💰 🚩 Just like Amazon is pushing Prime Days the next 2 days, my wish for your business is you have Prime Day focus EVERYDAY! What's that mean?Amazon has gathered/negotiated all the hottest deals to drive business at a time of the year that is normally slower than desired. It's ALL about driving new and improved revenue, lower costs & greater results! Thus, if you're not already doing this at your business...you should! EVERYDAY your team should ensure ALL their efforts are towards driving revenue thru incremental business or reducing cost thru new efficiencies & productive process improvements! If you own a business, do yourself a favor and in EVERY conversation someone approaches you with this week; after handling it/managing it, think to yourself did that have anything at all to do with driving revenue or minimizing cost? If the answer is no then I have all kinds of questions for you!!#privateequity #boardmember #founder #cofounder #ceo #president #cro #sales #marketing #revenue #leader #strategic #focus

During an all-hands meeting in Seattle in 2018, Jeff Bezos made a startling prediction: "One day Amazon will fail. Amazon will go bankrupt." This was his response to an employee's question about Amazon's future, especially in light of the recent bankruptcy of the major US retailer Sears. The room was shocked.Bezos used this bold statement to underscore the importance of "obsessing over customers and their needs." He emphasized that the only way to delay the inevitable decline is by relentlessly inventing new products and services that delight customers. He warned that many companies meet their downfall when they start focusing on their own desires rather than on what their customers need. This shift marks the beginning of the end. Bezos acknowledged the challenges:* Avoiding the distraction of competition* Not getting bogged down by daily work demands* Not being frustrated by seemingly trivial customer requestsHe urged everyone to remember that everything flows from the customer. "Customer Obsession" is the key to building companies that endure.#CustomerObsession #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #BusinessStrategy #JeffBezos #Amazon

Working with Supply Chain and Logistics leaders across Europe to optimise supply chains through consultancy projects. Our work is based on real world experience and focused on implementing tangible benefits.
If Amazon were to be founded in 2025, not 1995, would it succeed?💰 Would investors tolerate years of losses as it continued to reinvest in pricing, people and facilities to enable it to scale?👨🔧 Would it's "cut throat culture", standards and pace be tolerated and embraced by the workforce of 2025 vs 1995? 🥇 Amazon were to some extent the first business to operate this way - thinking long term and not from quarter to quarter. Many more have tried and continue to try since. The approach is no longer unique. They have certainly achieved their mission inside the Clowes household - integrated in to our daily lives across retail and entertainment.#amazon #ecommerce #retail #supplychain #logisticshttps://lnkd.in/eBGmsAwD
