The Naval Special Warfare Command suggests a 26-week training regimen for those hoping to participate in BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL). The preparation regiments and training regiments at BUD/S focus on endurance and strength of the entire body. Running, swimming, upper body, core, and lower body exercises are performed daily.
