Digital bank N26 today announced the appointment of Mayur Kamat as its new Chief Product Officer. Mayur has a proven track record leading product teams and building new solutions at some of the world’s biggest technology companies.He brings with him decades of experience in the finance, technology and innovation spaces with global brands such as Agoda, Google and Microsoft. Most recently, he led global product and design teams at Binance, where he was responsible for building inclusive financial products and systems in an emerging regulated space.In his new role, Mayur will assume responsibility of N26’s product and user experience teams. He will lead a team based across the digital bank’s office and technology hubs in Berlin, Barcelona and Vienna to deliver N26’s global product strategy across its portfolio of spending, saving, investment, credit and shared banking features.Mayur will report directly to CEO of N26 Valentin Stalf, and is set to begin in his role in Q2 this year, based out of N26’s Barcelona office.
