I don't access some of the Google services like payment and cloud. when I open the payments.google.com, I get this error: "Multiple Google services
It looks like this account is associated with a country or territory where one or more Google services aren't available. Under Google’s Terms of Service, you no longer have access to these services."
I sent my identification documents more than 4 months ago. But, it is still restricted.

Are you accessing the Google Account from the country identified in the documents sent to Google? Note Google may be identifying your location upon your accessing the Google app due to the devices ip location.

I had access to the Google service from a restricted country someday. But, not, I moved to Europe and have the residency of that, but still, I can not access the services and restore my account.

Did you try to Change your home country or region?Upon moving to a new country you must create a new payments profile.Learn how to create a new profile to change your home country.
Have you tried the following steps?
- On your computer, sign in toGoogle Pay.
- Go toSettings.
- Under "Payments profile," next to "Country," click Edit
. - From the message that opens, clickCreate new profileContinue.
- Choose the country to associate with the new payments profile.
- Enter the address information.
- ClickSubmit.

The problem is that I'm unable to access the settings and when attempting to open the Google payment settings, the page redirects to a restricted page as shown in the image below.

When you clicked verify account information did the next window provide any tips or contact information?
In the meantime have you changed the location settings on the device to where you are located now?
Did you try changing the Google Account location settings?

Did you try to change your devices location settings?
I imagine the paid Google Play Support may need to investigate the issue and are probably quite busy with consumers from around the world. So I wouldn't expect an immediate response.
How long ago did you contact support? I personally don't think it hurts to be a pest by consistently contacting support. There's an old saying in America that, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease"

My account was restricted because I accessed some of Google's services while in Iran. I recently moved to a European country and submitted the account verification form multiple times with my ID card and credit card statement. After submitting the form for a year, my account was finally activated last month.

The same for me. I moved to Canada two years ago and submitted my documents multiple times, but my account still hasn't been activated for over two years. Do you remember what option in the form when you were submitting your documents was the one you submitted and worked for you? I submitted many for my Google Pay and Cloud and Play! anything else I should submit?

I experienced the same issue. I submitted for all the categories, but none of them worked. However, last time, I think I submitted for Google Pay and Google Cloud, but I'm not sure which one worked for me.
Only difference I can remember is that I set the language of the site to Farsi. while submitting the form😊

Thanks for sharing your experience! I tried to use Google Cloud for my servers, but I changed it to Microsoft Azure for this issue. I hope Google will have better support regarding this issue in the future.
