Moodle: Course Visibility
Favorite Article Print Article
The Visibilitysetting determines whether the course appears in the list of courses for students. Apart from teachers and administrators, users are not allowed to enter the course unless this setting is changed to "Show." Courses are hidden sitewide after the term is over. If a course has an incomplete student the instructor will need to make it visible for them to finish their work.
How to Make a Course Available in Moodle
1. Log in to Moodleand select the desired course.
2. Click on the Administration Menu Gear Icon and then select Edit Settings.
3. Click the Visibilitydropdown menu at the top right, and select Show.
4. Click Save and Display at the bottom of the page. Your course is now visible to students.
