Automatic Payment (ACH*)
Set up a free, recurring loan payment through secure Docusign, which will debit your account from another bank or credit union and pay your loan automatically each month, or bi-weekly. *An ACH transfer is an electronic, bank-to-bank transfer processed by the Automated Clearing House network

Credit Card Payments
To make a payment online, log in to your Velocity online or mobile banking account, then go to Loan Payments in the Transactions menu. Payments will be applied within 1-2 business days.
*Payments made after 8pm CST will not post until the next business day. **You will need to verify your external account the first time you use it. That can take a few days, so don’t wait until your due date!
It's best to always direct the conversation to your skills and the value you'd bring to the role, not what you've been paid at other jobs. However, if you are asked about your current salary, be honest. Discovery that you inflated the numbers might lead to the loss of the job offer.
Be direct and honest: Don't beat around the bush. Tell your friend you need the money back and when you need it. Be understanding: If your friend struggles to repay you, offer to work out a payment plan to give them some extra time.
DON'T EXPLAIN OR MAKE EXCUSES. When you say no, don't offer explanations or excuses. Doing so only opens the door to a discussion and prompts your friend or family member to try to overcome your objections. Say, “I'm sorry, but I can't give you a loan.” When the person asks, “Why not?” just repeat your statement.
“Hello [Client's Name], I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that the payment for Invoice #[Invoice Number] is overdue. It was due on [Due Date]. I kindly request you settle the outstanding $[Amount] at your earliest convenience.
Bring the evidence. Just saying “I feel like I'm underpaid” without being able to back it up won't be enough. If you expect your employer to raise your salary, you need to give them solid evidence that proves your point. Print out / note down your research and make sure you've taken them from reliable sources.
First, know what the standard range of compensation is for the job, taking into account the area. Then ask for something squarely in the middle; perhaps a little more if you have a lot of experience, or a little less if the company's benefits package is above average.
You can try to skirt the question with a broad answer, such as, “My salary expectations are in line with my experience and qualifications.” Or, “If this is the right job for me, I'm sure we can come to an agreement on salary.” This will show that you're willing to negotiate. Offer a range.
The most direct reply is to tell them exactly what you want within the range that seems reasonable based on your research. You say: “What I'm really looking for is something in the range of $70,000 to $75,000.
