Weltweit kommen mehr als 425 Millionen Krypto-Nutzer auf bloß 88.200 Krypto-Millionäre. Bitcoin-Milliardäre sind noch seltener.

- Laut dem Crypto Wealth Report von Henley & Partners gibt es weltweit rund 40.500 Bitcoin- und 88.200 Krypto-Millionäre.
- Von 425 Millionen Krypto-Nutzern sind damit etwa 0,02 Prozent auch Millionäre.
- Bei den Milliardären wird es enger: Nur sechs Entitäten sind mit ihrem Bitcoin-Vermögen zu Milliardären geworden. Immerhin 22 Investoren schaffen das mit ihrem gesamten Krypto-Portfolio.
- Die reichste Bitcoin-Adresse mit rund 248.597 BTC – umgerechnet 6,5 Milliarden US-Dollar – ist eine Cold-Wallet von Binance. An zweiter Stelle steht Bitfinex, ebenfalls mit einer Cold-Wallet.
- Ebenfalls aufs Podest geschafft hat es Robinhood. Die auf Wertpapiergeschäfte spezialisierte App ist in nur drei Monaten zum drittgrößten Bitcoin Hodler geworden.
