Biology[]
The Jovians or at least its representative, Xur, retain their humanoid shape as their human ancestors. However their faces resemble a mass of black worms and also Light seems to cause them pain.
History[]
The Jovians share similar origins with the Awoken, however its surmised that the Jovians are descendants of humans that lived on the Jovian outposts. When the Darkness came, the Jovians were changed along with the Awoken, however the level of exposure by what changed them differed.
Culture[]
Little is known about the Jovians only that they are ruled by an enigmatic group call The Nine.
