Linking Expiry: The linking process is valid for 90 calendar days for the UK and for 180 calendar days for the EU. After this period, you will need to manually relink your bank account. Rest assured that our app will automatically notify you a few days before the link's expiration, reminding you to reestablish the connection.
Read-Only Access: When you link your bank account with Plum, it's important to know that we have read-only access. This means that we can view the data of your bank account, such as balance and transactions, but we cannot make any modifications or misuse this information in any way. Your financial data remains secure and unaffected.
Safety: Your personal data is safeguarded through state-of-the-art security measures. Importantly, Plum never stores or has access to your bank login credentials. You only enter your login credentials after being securely redirected to your banking app, ensuring an additional layer of safety.
