Fund Portfolio
We partner with GPs / sponsors to offer flexible and non-dilutive financing solutions to existing funds. Our capital can be used to increase investment capacity to support the existing portfolio, for instance, to finance accretive add-ons or manage indebtedness. We can also accelerate liquidity to investors and help optimise fund performance.
Our finance is typically an alternative to individual company leverage or traditional liquidity events such as IPOs or M&A.
Finance is provided against the net asset value of the underlying portfolio and typically the lender receives the first distributions until a minimum return threshold has been achieved.
- Additional capital to grow assets
- Intermediate liquidity to investors
- Managing portfolio
