When a Celebi is summoned it will instantly be engaged in battle with the player.
To spawn a regular Celebi you right-click the shrine with a GS Ball in hand.
To obtain an Alien Celebi you must capture a Celebi in a Beast Ball.
To spawn a Spiky-Eared Pichu you have to have a Pichu with maximum friendship and use forage on the Ilex Shrine having a free slot in your party.
Like the Trio bird shrines, the Ilex shrine can't be mined and is a one time use.
