If you don’t have a Duo Mobile backup in iCloud or Google Drive that included third-party accounts available I’m afraid we can’t help you restore the accounts. We also can’t recover or reset an Android backup password because we never received the password you set in the first place.
When you set up two-factor authentication in Facebook you were offered a set of recovery codes. Did you save those? If so, you can use a Facebook recovery code to log in and then go reset your Facebook two-factor authenticator app to delete the old phone.
If you added your phone number to Facebook for SMS authentication you could have a login code texted to you.
If you didn’t save the recovery codes from Facebook either and don’t have your phone number added for SMS then you do need to work through account recovery with Facebook.
Duo doesn’t have access to your Facebook account nor is there anything on our side we could enable/disable to let you log into Facebook as the Facebook authentication configuration is entirely stored within Facebook.

As long as you've updated Google Authenticator and it's connected to your Google account, you can restore Authenticator from the cloud. If you aren't backing up Authenticator, you can manually transfer your accounts to a new device or restore using your QR code.
What if I lost my Google Authenticator key? If you lose your backup codes for Google Authenticator, you can revoke them and get a new set of codes. You need to go to the two-step verification section of your Google Account, select “Show codes,” and then “Get new codes.”
Once you've set up your trusted contacts, if you ever have trouble logging in, you'll have your trusted contacts as an option to help. You just need to call your trusted contacts and let them know you need their help to regain access to your account.
If you have forgotten your password and you've lost access to your two-factor authentication credentials, you can start account recovery to regain access to your account. You'll need to verify your identity using a recovery authentication factor, such as an SSH key or previously verified device.
In the Accounts screen of Authenticator, tap the account you want to recover to open the full screen view of the account. Tap the tile for the account you're recovering and then tap the option to sign in to recover. Enter your password and then confirm your email address or phone number as additional verification.
If you've lost access to your 2FA device, you can recover your account by using backup codes, alternative recovery options like a secondary email or phone number, or by contacting customer support. Be ready to confirm your identity by answering a few security questions or providing proof of ID.
