App Store cannot be deleted. If you can't find the App Store, search for it. On your Home Screen, swipe down so the search field appears - search for App Store. When you find it, long press on it and drag it back to your Home Screen. You can also look for it in the App Library - the same principle applies here. Long press and drag it back to your home screen.
If you want to change the code for your iPhone, or create a new Face ID, you can do it here:
Settings → Face ID & Passcode. Select Reset Face ID, then Set Up Face ID to set up your face again.
If you want to change the passcode for your iPhone, scroll down a bit in the same menu and select Change Passcode.

If you have Screen Time, Focus, or Parental Controls enabled, disable all of that, and see if the App Store app re-appears. You might have to search for the app using the iPhone Spotlight search.
If your iPhone is managed or supervised—if it has profiles loaded—contact the IT organization managing it. See Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
An iPhone SE (here, either 2nd or 3rd) has Touch ID and not Face ID.
