Click All files in the left sidebar.All your files and folders will display on the main page.
You can sort and filter your files using the following options:
To view files you’ve accessed recently, click Recents on the main page.
To view your starred files and folders, click Starred on the main page.
Hover over a column header and click the arrow to sort by ascending or descending order. You’ll see options to add, remove, or reorder columns. You can also rearrange columns by clicking and holding the title column name, then dragging and dropping it to a new location.
To resize columns, hover over the column header and click the vertical lines that appear. Then, drag and resize the columns horizontally.
To change views, click the list icon (four horizontal lines)in the upper-right corner of your file list. You can choose from Grid, Large grid, List, or Large list views.
Notes:
The Name column will always be displayed as the first column.
To sort files in a different order, click the view options button in the toolbar and choose By Name, By Size, By Type, By Modification Date, or By Access Date. As an example, if you select By Name, the files will be sorted by their names, in alphabetical order. See Ways of sorting files for other options.
Use a Date Stamp or Date System: - Assign a date to each document using a clear format. - Ensure the date is prominently displayed on each document. 2. Sort by Year, Month, and Day: - Arrange documents by year, month, and day for easy access.
Open the Dropbox mobile app. Tap the “⁝” (vertical ellipsis on Android) or “…” (ellipsis on iPhone/iPad) next to the file or folder you'd like to delete.Tap Delete.
To sort files in a different order, click one of the column headings in the file picker. For example, click Name to sort by file name. Click the column heading again to sort in the reverse order.
You can change this order by clicking Sort List. You can also sort the documents by clicking a field, clicking the right mouse button, and selecting either Sort Column Ascending or Sort Column Descending. You can sort the search results by one or more columns.
Access the folder you want to sort. Click the "Name" column header. This will sort the files and folders alphabetically by name. Click the arrow next to the "Name" header to toggle between ascending (A-Z) and descending (Z-A) order.
