If you don't want the comments etc. to be seen by anybody else, you can change your feedback to private.
Go to your feedback page and change 'Visible to everyone'. Then nobody will be able to see the comments, sellers, what you have bought or your feedback left for others.
You can't have private feedback if you have listings for sale, but you seem to be a very infrequent seller anyway.
