You can open as many windows of TradingView Desktop as you need. Usually, multiple windows are used in multi-display configurations, so you can have a dedicated app window for each display in your configuration.
You can open a new window with either the New Window button on the window title bar or the app menu.
Having a new window opened, you can move it to another display. The TradingView Desktop app restores all windows and their positions from the previous session upon an app launch, but you should use the Exit function instead of closing all windows one by one. Read more about that in this article.

Select the Task View icon on the taskbar, or press Alt-Tab on your keyboard to see apps or switch between them. To use two or more apps at a time, grab the top of an app window and drag it to the side.
Once the first app is open, you can open another app in a separate tab by either clicking on the "+" button next to the currently open tab or using the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+T" (Windows) or "Command+T" (Mac). In the new tab, type the URL or select the bookmark of the second app you want to open.
Swipe an app into view. Press the app icon in the app title bar. Select the split screen menu option. Select another app from the Recents screen, or close the Recents screen and run another app.
If you have a PC, to reopen a browser, hold the "shift+control+T" keys. This will restore the most recently closed tabs, whether it's just one or multiple. However, if you had multiple windows of several tabs open, you will need to do the key function for however many windows you had open.
Right-click the taskbar, and then choose any of these options to display all open windows: Select Cascade windows to show open windows cascaded, with each window's title bar visible. Select Show windows stacked to display all open windows in one or more vertical stacks.
How do I split my screen side by side? You can split your screen side by side in Windows 10 and Windows 11 by dragging two open windows next to each other until they 'snap' into place. You can also use the keyboard shortcut 'Windows key + left/right arrow' to move them to the side you want them to appear.
You can do this by holding down the ctrl key and clicking on each file, or by clicking and dragging to select a group of files.Once the files are selected, press the Alt key and then press Enter on your keyboard.
