Hi Patricia,
Thanks for your posting in the Q&A community. Before moving on, please undertand that the Server Message Block (SMB) 1.0 file-sharing protocol is disabled by default in the latest versions of Windows 11 and 10 and in Windows Server 2019/2022. This version of the protocol is insecure (vulnerable) and is not recommended for use in a network environment. Windows supports more secure versions of the SMB protocol (2.x and 3.x).
Here are the reference aticles for your reference.
Microsoft to Disable SMBv1 in Windows Starting This Fall 2017
Considering the history and risk, SMB V1 protocol normally will be removed/disabled by a restart, update or not used in 15 days.
Also, you can use the following command to enable the SMB protocols on the SMB Client that is running Windows 10
sc.exe config lanmanworkstation depend= bowser/mrxsmb10/mrxsmb20/nsi
sc.exe config mrxsmb10 start= auto

Thanks very much for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Ian Xue
