AT10Q Series
The serial number is a combination of (1) a 10-digit figure below the product name on the bottom of the grip and (2) a 6-digit figure below the 'MADE IN JAPAN' printed on the label.
For example, on the label below, there are two figures: 49xxxx-1xx1 and 8yyyy8, so the serial number is 49xxxx1xx18yyyy8.
GT10B Series
The serial number is the 16-digit figure below the barcode printed on the label affixed to the bottom of the reader.
GT10Q Series
The serial number is a combination of (1) a 10-digit figure below the product name on the bottom of the reader and (2) a 6-digit figure below the QR code printed on the label.
For example, on the label below, there are two figures: 496810-0xx1and 40yyy2, so the serial number is 4968100xx140yyy2.
IC Card Reader
The serial number is the 16-digit figure below the barcode printed on the label affixed to the back of the product.
Software
The serial number is a combination of (1) a 10-digit figure below the product name and (2) a 6-digit figure labeled Serial No. affixed to the package.
For example, on the label below, there are two figures: 496xxx-0yy1and 0zzzz7, so the serial number is 496xxx0yy10zzzz7.
