If you can’t hear your friends online, or you can’t join or host an Xbox Live multiplayer game, in Windows go toSettings>Gaming>Xbox Networkand checkServer connectivity. Below is what is the problem. AVG JUSTS MAKES LIFE DIFFICULT!!!
If it saysBlocked, your PC was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. If you also seeTeredo is unable to qualifynext toNAT type, visit theTeredo troubleshooting page firstto resolve that issue. Then check to see ifServer connectivityno longer showsBlocked.
Failure to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the QoS server can occur when the Windows Firewall is disabled, when security software has altered the Windows Firewall configuration, or when required Windows services have been disabled or stopped. When your PC can’t establish a Teredo IPsec connection, you’ll be unable to use Xbox Live party chat service or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live.
Is my post above not a contact? Really?
A solution would be appreciated.
To check if AVG is causing this issue, we'd suggest you to disable each component in AVG program as mentioned in this article.
Note : Disable one component at a time & check the issue. If issue persists, re-enable the shield & proceed with other shields till you identify the component that causes the issue. You need to sign in to do that.
