The Wandering Trader is a passive mob that spawns near the player to try and sell items.
- Head over to your server Console or enter into your Minecraft Server.
- Enter the command
/gamerule doTraderSpawning false(ensuring to keep the upper case letters). This will prevent the Wandering Trader and his Llamas from spawning. Similarily, do/gamerule doTraderSpawning trueto re-enable the trader from spawning. Please note that these commands are case sensitive.
- That's it! The Wandering Trader is now disabled and he will no longer show up at your base uninvited.
