To decrypt an email, you need to have the corresponding OpenPGP keypair in your Mailfence account’s keystore, which includes the public key that was used for encryption.
- Go to Messages and click on Inbox.
- Open the encrypted message that you would like to decrypt and click on Decrypt it.
- Enter your OpenPGP key pair/Personal key passphrase and click on OK.
Make sure to Import/Add the OpenPGP public key of the sender to be able to view OpenPGP signature (if present) validation message.
