Problem
You need assistance creating email aliases.
Environment
- Admin console
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigateto Menu >Directory >Users.
- To open the user settings page, click a user name.
- On the left, under the user name, clickAdd Alternate Emails.
- ClickAlternate emailand enter a name for the alias (the part of the addressbefore the @ sign).
- (Optional) If needed, select a secondary domain.
- Note:User alias domains don't show in theDomainmenu.Learn more aboutuser alias domains and secondary domains.
- (Optional) If you want to add more email aliases, repeat steps 5 and 6.
- Save.

You are unable to create email aliases.
