Want to cancel a membership, Boost or Ultra Boost?
Head to NOW Membership,hit Cancel membershipnext to the oneyou don’t want any more, then follow the onscreen steps. (Werecommend usinga desktop, laptop or tablet to do this rather than a mobile.)

Once your membershipis cancelled you’ll see a confirmation message, and get a confirmation email within 3 hours. You’ll be able to keep watching until the date your next payment was due (unless you're on a minimum-term plan – see the FAQ below for details).
Are you an EE TV customer?
Paying for your NOW Membership through EE TV? You'll need to cancel through them, too.
If your membership is part of a EE TV package, give them a call to find out more about how to cancel it or change your package.
If you have a bolt-on membership on top of your package, it will automatically renew from month to month. If you don't want it to continue, you can cancel it in your EE TV account, or by contacting them.

Subscribing to NOW via Apple, Amazon or TalkTalk?
Do you payfor your NOW Membership via Apple? You'll need to cancel through them, too. Visit the Apple support site for more info on how to cancel.
If you're paying for your membership through Amazon, head to the Memberships & Subscriptions area of your Amazon account to cancel.
If you're with TalkTalk, you'll need to cancel any membership that'spart of your package inyour TalkTalk account, or by contactingTalkTalk customer service.

Can I cancel through my NOW Smart Stickor another device?
No – you can only cancelhere on ourwebsite in My Account. The cancel option isn't available in the NOWapp.
How do I cancel my minimum-term plan?
We sometimes offer minimum-term plansthat give you significant savings on the regular cost of membership in return for signing up for a minimum term of several months.
During your minimum term, you're free to cancel by going to My Accountas usual, but your cancellation won't take effect until the end of your minimum term. Any remaining monthly payments will be taken as normal and you can continue watching right up until the last day of your plan, when your membership will end. Don't forget, if you're on aminimum-term planfor more than one membership you'll need to cancel each one separately.
If you don't cancel your minimum-term planbefore it ends, your membership will roll on at the regular price.

Can I cancel a Sports Day Membership?
You can only cancel a Sports Day Membershipthat hasbeen bought in the last 14 days and not activated.

What if I want to cancel more than one of the membership options on my account?
If you have more than one membership cardon your account, you’ll need to cancel each of them individually.
Why can't I see the membershipI want to cancel on my account?
This is most likely becauseyou have more than one NOWaccount. You’ll need to sign in to each account to cancel any membershipsyou no longer want to use.

Will Boost or Ultra Boost renew automatically each month, like my membership?
That depends on what type of membershipyou’ve got.
As long as you’ve got an active monthly membership, Boost or Ultra Boost will renew automatically each month unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in exactly the same way as you’d cancel your membership, by going to NOW Membership.
If you’ve only got a Sports Day Membership on your account, Boost or Ultra Boost will only run for one month, and won’t auto renew – so you don’t need to remember to cancel it.
If you cancel your last membership (unless it’s one you pay for through a third party, like Apple or Amazon), we’ll automatically cancel Boost or Ultra Boost for you as well.
