What do you charge for shipping?
All orders over $199.00 (USD) will receive FREE SHIPPING, while orders under $199.00 (USD) will be charged a shipping fee of $9.95. Free shipping applies to domestic orders only.
Do you have a minimum order?
APMEX does not have a minimum order on domestic orders. A shipping charge of $9.95 applies to orders under $199.00. Orders shipped outside the U.S. have a $250.00 minimum when purchasing by Credit Card, Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash and a $1,500.00 minimum when purchasing by bank wire.
Do you have a maximum order?
APMEX does not have a maximum order on domestic orders. On orders greater than $500,000.00, we recommend you contact our Sales Department at (800) 375-9006 Option 1 to determine if a deposit will apply.
Additionally, APMEX currently has a per-transaction limit of $25,000 on international orders paid by credit card.

Can I cancel my order?
Once we have issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked-in, whether buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to enter into buying and/or selling transactions, accepting the risks involved only to have them canceled. However, we realize rare situations happen where orders need to be canceled. Should you elect to cancel and/or offset your order, you must do so during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST) Monday – Thursday or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) Friday. All cancellations are subject to our Market Loss Policy plus the greater of $50 or 5% of the order total fee. At that time, if any market loss to APMEX has occurred, it will be calculated and added to thegreater of $50 or 5% of the order total fee. If applicable, any cancellation fee and/or market loss will be charged to your credit card for the full amount due, as per User Agreement. No future orders may be permitted until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of APMEX.
How are Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash refunds applied?
All Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash refunds are issued through BitPay at the USD rate at the time the refund is processed. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified by APMEX.
How do I pay a market loss if I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order and, at that time, a market loss to APMEX has occurred, it will be calculated and added to thegreater of $50 or 5% of the order total. If applicable, you may elect to pay any market loss by credit card at that time, or we will invoice you and you will then have 30 days to pay the amount due in full. APMEX reserves the right to limit any orders, either when buying from or selling to APMEX, until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of APMEX.
Can I pay market loss using the eCheck payment option?
At this time, the eCheck payment option is not available for the payment of market loss. These fees can be paid by credit card, personal check or bank wire.

Can I change my order after my order is confirmed?
We can make some changes, such as changing a payment method. Changes like adding or removing items are not possible. Please contact us at (800) 375-9006 for assistance if you need to make changes to your order.
Is there a discount for paying by check, eCheck or wire?
Yes. We provide a 4.0% discount off our list/retail price to our customers if they pay for their orders by check, eCheck, bank wire, or trade (with applicable payment method). The prices shown for each product on the website include the 4.0% discount, unless you choose to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or PayPal.
Do you accept trade-ins of Gold, Silver and Platinum?
