It is much more efficient for each person on your team to focus on their biggest strengths than to spend a ton of time trying to improve their weaknesses.

Being clear on your bigger mission is crucial for success. When things get tough, it can be easy to want to give up. When you have a bigger mission connected to what you do, you live your life in alignment. Having experience in the music industry and business world for over 12 years, what has kept me going, is my mission to empower and inspire others.

Get super clear on your goals and base your strategy around those. Creating social media content all day long might not always translate to results, it depends on your goals. You need to be very specific with your goals and base your aligned action steps around them.
