What Happens if you don’t Activate the New GTbank Token before using it?
If you fail to activate it online, “internal server error” will keep appearing each time you try to make transfers via the GTBank mobile app. Although, you will be able to add beneficiaries with the token but you can’t make transfer.
Authorization Code: To get a 9-digit authorization code, call GTCONNECT contact centre on 080 2900 2900 or 080 3900 3900. To activate your GT eToken app using this method, enter any of your user credentials and your authorization code.

Search for Zenith e-Token App on play store or the app store and download the e-Token App. The Customer will incur a single charge of N1500 for activation of the e- Token.
