Accessing Public Records
LexisNexis® Public Recordscan be accessed by clicking on Public Records in the global navigation bar.
PublicRecordsonly appears when you subscribe and have access to Public Records under your LexisNexis® Agreement. If you do not see Public Records and would like more information about Public Records access, contact your organization's Administrator or your LexisNexis® Account Representative.

Public Records Searching and Functionality
The Public Records content is separate from the other content categories and the search methodology is different from the search methodology used in the other content categories. Additionally, some of the functionality and features within Public Records are different from the features available for the other content:
- Folders - Public Records searches and documents cannot be saved to a folder
