How should I upgrade my FASTag wallet to Full KYC? ›

To update your FASTag KYC details, one needs to request the FASTag issuing bank for the same. This can be done by visiting the nearest FASTag issuing bank branch. At the bank branch, one needs to fill out the application form with updated details. This new data will then be updated by the bank to the FASTag account.

Go to the official FASTag website. Login using your mobile number and the OTP received on your phone. On the homepage, look for the “My Profile” section and click on KYC tab. Enter all the necessary details and click the submit button.

In the case of minimum KYC, the value of the FASTag wallet in any month should not exceed ₹10,000/-. Also, the total amount loaded in the wallet during a financial year should not exceed ₹1 lakh. In the case of full-KYC, the maximum amount in the wallet at any given point in time can be ₹1 lakh.
