Alternatively, you can set up your recipient as a Personal Payee and transfer funds through the TD app.
If your recipient has already been set up as a Payee:
- Select Pay Bills from the Quick Actions at the top of the Home Screenor
- Select Move Money from the Navigation bar
- Then selectBill Paymentsfrom the Move Money menu
- Select a Payee
- Enter and amount in the Amount field
- Set the Frequency if necessary
- Select the Date for the transfer
- Select Continue
To set up a new Personal Payee, you will need to call EasyLine telephone banking or visit your local branch and provide the following information about your recipient:
- The full name of the person you want to transfer the money to
- Branch number (four digits)
- Account number
- Alias you want to use as a label for the Payee, which must be 1-5 alphanumeric characters, for example "Mom" or "Son"
Personal Payee transfers will typically be processed on the same or next business day.
Payments to a Personal Payee have a transaction limit of $5,000.00.
