Glad to see you here in the thread, @gcestes. I'll help you get around this to import bank transactions into your bank account inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before anything else, please know that the banks you see in the Banking tab are banks that are linked to your QBO company. To select other connected bank accounts inside the program, you'll want to click the dropdown button below the Menu icon. I'll walk you through the process to get you going. These are the steps:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Banking tab.
- Click the Dropdown arrow button beside your bank.
- See the list of banks connected to your account, and then click your preferred bank account.
For visual reference, see the photo that I've attached:
If you don't see your preferred bank account, it only means it's not yet connected to your company file. You'll need to link it first before you can utilize it.

It was a pleasure to have you here today, @gcestes. I'll assist you again if you need help accomplishing tasks inside QuickBooks. Take care, and have a nice day!
