- Create an account or log in, then select "Card Activation" from the drop-down menu which appears under your name.
- Click on “Add New Card” and fill in the last 8 digits of your card details in the fields provided. The first 8 digits of the card are pre-populated.
- If you have already completed ID verification and it has not expired, you will now receive an SMS with a PIN code (you can check your ID verification expiry on the Card Activation page)
- If this is your first Chip & PIN Gift Card, you will be directed to our ID verification process. You will need a passport or drivers licence to hand to complete this step.
- Once your ID verification submission is completed and accepted, only then will your card be activated and you will receive your PIN via text message.
