Banks That Allow You to Track the Delivery of Your Credit Card
- USAA: You can check the progress of your USAA credit card order online up until it’s delivered. You can also call USAA at (210) 531-8722 or (800) 531-8722.
- U.S. Bank: You can log in to your account on the U.S. Bank website or mobile app to track your new or replacement credit card. You can see the shipping status and the expected delivery date of your card. You may also see a tracking number with more details, and U.S. Bank will e-mail you shipping updates as they become available.
- American Express: You can track your American Express replacement card’s delivery status online. You will be able to see each step of the shipping process until the card is delivered.
- Citibank: For new credit cards, call (800) 950-5114. For replacement cards, you can track the progress of your card’s delivery online or through the Citi Mobile app.
- TD Bank: You can only track credit cards if you request expedited delivery when you apply. TD Bank will send you tracking instructions through the application portal on their website.
- Bank of America: You can only track credit cards if you call customer service at (800) 421-2110 and request expedited delivery. You will receive an e-mail with a link to track the status of your new card.
Keep in mind that with most issuers, your new credit card should reach you in about 7-10 business days. If it’s been longer than that but you still haven't received your card, you should call customer service to check on it.
