Are you using mobile theme plugins?

But it could also cause your mobile theme to appear different from the one you have set up for your desktop version. Jetpack has amobile theme modulethat overrides your desktop theme, and it’s quite common for this to cause your mobile and desktop sites to look completely different.
Jetpack has this module to let your site work correctly on mobile, making your site mobile-responsive if your theme doesn’t have it built-in. But because most themes currently are built to be mobile-responsive, you won’t need this module enabled.
Additionally, some plugins, like WPtouch, work similarly to Jetpack’s mobile theme module. TheWPtouch plugincreates a separate theme for your site’s mobile version, so if you have this plugin enabled, your mobile and desktop versions will look different.
Disable the plugin if you want to use the same theme for both.

You can disable the module by navigating this file path in your WordPress dashboard.
- Jetpack > Settings > Writing tab
- Scroll down to “Theme enhancements”
- Turn off “Enable the Jetpack Mobile theme”
