I’ve been going tothis office for years but mylast visit for aroutine checkup was not agreat patient experience. The physician was great, but the office staff seemed tobe very new and still intraining. The wait was over anhour tosee the doctor, and upon checkout the staff didn’t seem tobe proactive inhelping address abasic insurance issue. Inthe future, itwould bebeneficial tohave someone more seasoned present with staff who are newer and being trained.

The staff was very helpful and they had agreat laid back and easy totalk todemeanor. The doctor was cracking jokes with meand hehad agenuine and caring soul. They made mefeel wanted and important.

I have gone tothe Greater Cleveland Eye Associates for the last two years and have had great luck.Dr. Lemke has been ontime both times and isprofession and thorough, hewill answer any questions you have and the appointment won't take upyour wholeday!
