How does refund and chargebacks work for GPay Cards?
Refund and chargeback processes will continue to work in the same way as they do currently for merchants. There is no change in the process here. It will work basis the current merchant - PG agreement. Frauds are expected to go down as none of the customers' sensitive card info is being exposed.

This feature is currently available for Android devices only. If you are not able to the see this option, we suggest you to update the Google Pay app to the latest version.
