Currently, you’ll only be able to update the ANZ App if you’re using the Australian version of the App Store or Google Play. Unfortunately, the ANZ App is currently unavailable for customers using the New Zealand version of the App Store or Google Play. We're sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, you can still use ANZ Internet Banking on your mobile or computer to take care of your day-to-day banking. It might help if you save a link to ANZ Internet Banking on the home screen of your device.
If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to:
- Open Safari and visit anz.com. Tap on the Log on button
- Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen, then swipe across until you see Add to Home Screen
- Tap that and a quick link will be added to your Home screen so you can log in to ANZ Internet Banking quickly
If you’re an Android user you’ll need to do things a little differently. Here’s how:
- Open Chrome and visit anz.com. Tap on the Log on button
- Tap the More icon in the top right
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then give it a name and tap Add
