Quest Journal Entry
The Settlers have sabotaged the Raiders' Vault heist by secretly meeting with certain Raiders and promising them a larger cut of the Vault gold in exchange for getting them to sabotage the operation from
within. Lou has been beaten up, left for dead, and his remote detonator has been stolen.

Meet up with Lou
- Go to Vault 79 and find lou.
Save Lou from the Yao Guai
- When you enter, you will see Lou is tied up to a pole next to a Rabid Yao Guai.
- Kill theRabid Yao Guai and untie Loufrom the pole.
Speak with Lou
- Talk to Lou and he will tell you that Lev got fisher, Surge, and others to sabotage the plans to raid Vault 79.
- Lou will ask you to get the detonator from Lev.
Tell Meg About the Betrayal
- Go back to the Crater andtellMeg about Lev's betrayal and she will get a team together to hunt down the traitors.
- Meg will tell you that Lev spoke to Creed, Axel, and Barb before he left so you need to investigate them to see who is the mole.
- Meg says if no information comes out to speak to the bartender Molly.
Interrogate the Suspects
- Interrogate Barb and find out that she thinks her brother,Creed is the Mole.
- Interrogate Creed and find out that he is lying about his knowledge of Barb and Axel's involvement with Lev.
- Interrogate Axel and find out that Lev hates Creed for protecting Barb from him. You will also find out that Barb is a snitch. Axel will claim to be the one working with Lev but when pressed he wont know anything about his where abouts.
(Optional) Find out what Molly Knows
- Speak to Molly to find out more information about the suspects
Accuse the Accomplice
- Accuse Barb as the mole and she will tell you that Lev has been building a hideout inside of Poseidon Power Plant.
Go to Lev's Hideout
- Go inside ofPoseidon Power Plant.
Defeat Lev's Gang
- Defeat Lev's Gang
- Once you kill Surge, search their body and find Lev's Hideout Key.
Confront Lev
- Speak to Lev and find out that Lev was being paid to hand over the detonator to a man from foundation named Rocco.
(Optional) Ask About Rocco at Foundation
- Find more information on Rocco
(Optional) Find Rocco
- Find Rocco and speak to them.
(Optional) Confront Rocco
- Speak to Rocco about why they paid Lev to betray Meg.
(Optional) Kill Rocco
- You will be given the option either spare or kill Rocco.
Recover Lou's Detonator
- Kill Lev and search his body for Lou's Remote detonator.
Report Back to Meg
- Go back to Meg and tell her that you found the detonator to end the quest.
