Upshift is a revolutionary mobile app allowing you to pick shifts on your terms – you choose when and where you work. We find the work, you pick the shifts, and get paid daily. Create your own schedule by claiming shifts quickly and easily via our app or website after completing your onboarding.

Every Friday, you will receive direct payment to your bank account or cash credit from the previous week. Daily payments are also available if you meet certain criteria. You can get paid everyday after you have worked on Upshift for at least two week through our partnership with Earnin!

How often do Upshifters get paid? Upshifters get paid weekly. Our pay period runs from Monday through Sunday with pay going out the following Friday! As an Upshifter you may also be able to qualify for same day pay through our partnership with Earnin.

Keep in mind though that only 12% of applicants to Upshift are accepted so make sure to do a great job on your assessment! If you pass the assessment, then you are able to schedule a time to complete your in-person onboarding at our office.

We are a fully remote company, which doesn't mean we don't meet up. Upshift has frequent retreats in exotic places to integrate and get to know each other.

A payroll schedule is a set pay period for each employee in your company. It could be a schedule of intervals like every week or every month. Or it could be a schedule of dates. For example, you may pay your employees on the 15th of every month.

Upshift offers different kinds of shift types. They are Single Day, Multiday, and To Hire.

Each day you work, you build up available earnings in your DailyPay account that can be transferred into your bank account, to your debit card or to your prepaid card. These earnings update each time your employer lets us know that you have clocked out of your shift.

You can choose to be paid daily or weekly.. To get paid moments after your work log has been approved, choose the ShiftKey Wallet or Direct-to-Debit option. To get paid weekly via direct deposit, choose the direct deposit option.

DailyPay is connected to your employer's timekeeping system and receives automated reports of your hours worked. Usually, it takes 24 hours for a shift to be added to the automated reports. (At times, due to unexpected delays in reporting, it can take up to 3 business days for a worked shift to be reported.)
